2-week Learn to Nordic Walk for Fitness courses
These 2-week courses are aimed at 18+ women and men who are already physically active and wish to learn the safe and effective Nordic Walking technique to improve their fitness & to complement an existing fitness regime.
You will learn the safe & effective basic Nordic Walking technique to turn a walk into a workout, explore the progressive technique to get 95% of your skeletal muscles working, and can try out a bit of Nordic Running & Skipping too!
Places are limited to 5 to allow for more individual tuition. No equipment is required as poles are provided. The course runs at Hilly Fields Park in Brockley, Lewisham. Course fee £30. Please refer to the online schedule for the next dates!
Nordic Walking Technique Refresher sessions
These hour-long sessions are aimed at those Nordic Walkers who may not have attended sessions for a while, who feel a little rusty with their technique, who suspect they may have fallen into bad habits & feel like they could benefit from refreshing their technique knowledge and skills to get more out of the regular Nordic Walking sessions. Session fee £10.

1-2-1 Nordic Walking sessions
If you prefer to learn at your own pace at a time that suits you, if you are returning to exercise after an operation or health issues, or if it has simply been a while since you last picked up your poles, why not book in for a 1-2-1 class with Laura? Sessions can be arranged at a park near you on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, as well as weekend afternoons. Session fee £40.00. Email email@example.com to enquire.
